Martinez Waterfront and Marina Revitalization

planned

The project involves revitalizing the Martinez Waterfront and Marina through a private-public partnership. It includes a comprehensive plan to create a vibrant, accessible, sustainable, and community-serving waterfront with landside and waterside improvements. The landside improvements include new recreation amenities, expanded open spaces, hospitality and community facilities, commercial and retail spaces, and upgraded infrastructure. The waterside improvements include full reconstruction of the Marina with new boat slips, fueling stations, improved access, repair or redesign of breakwater and seawall, and new public amenities.
