The project involves rezoning approximately 150.9 acres across four parcels near Snoqualmie Pass from Forest & Range to Rural Recreation. The rezoning aims to change the land-use designation to allow for potential development with a minimum 5-acre lot size, replacing the previous 20-acre minimum. The project includes a critical-areas report and a mitigated determination of non-significance (MDNS) under SEPA, which is currently under appeal.
