The company installed a 20MWp solar project at its upcoming Kharkhoda facility and added another 10MWp at the existing Manesar plant, raising its total installed solar capacity from 49MWp to 79MWp within a year. MSIL aims to scale up its solar capacity to 319MWp by FY2030-31 with an investment exceeding Rs 925 crore and increase the share of renewable energy in its total electricity consumption to nearly 85% by the same period. |
