Masan Group is seeking long-term financing primarily to expand and upgrade Masan Food’s operations, as well as meet long-term working capital needs, and enter into other agribusiness ventures, either through acquisition or organic growth (the “Project”).Masan Food is a branded packaged food-and-beverage company based in and with nationwide distribution throughout Vietnam. Established in the late 1990s, the Company has established recognizable local brands for soy, instant noodles, fish and chili sauces. Headquartered in southern Ho Chi Minh City, the Company operates four production facilities and five distribution centers across Vietnam. The Company has focused on developing products with higher health and safety standards than the products currently available on the market.
