Description	The proposed investment involves a senior loan of up to US$11 million to FRV Masrik CJSC. It will be used to finance the development, construction, operation and maintenance of a 55MWac/62MWp solar photovoltaic (PV) plant located in the municipality of Mets Masrik, Armenia. The PV plant will be connected to the national grid through a 9.2km 110kV high voltage overhead transmission line also financed as part of the Project. The Project is expected to be commissioned in 2021 and will sell electricity based on a 20-year tariff Power Purchase Agreement entered into with the private offtaker, Electric Networks of Armenia.
