There is a lack of specialized training in the field of the digital society with a gender perspective that today's professionals and citizens need. This proposal aims to design an innovative international Master in Digitalisation and Gender with 60 ECTS offered thanks to the collaboration of five universities from five different countries on two continents, Europe and Latin America, to train graduates and professionals from various fields and enable them to design and operate in the development and strengthening of Gender Equality in the Digital society. This field, in constant evolution, urgently requires highly qualified personnel and creative and resilient professionals who integrate the gender perspective transversally in the analysis of technological advances and the massive Digitalisation of society. The project will address the creation of a Master's degree focused on two fundamental aspects: firstly, a theoretical base to strengthen analytical and critical capacity and promote spaces for reflection and debate, with the training of technical staff specialized in gender studies with an intersectional approach and in the configuration and implications of the digital society. And, secondly, its practical application in different professional fields, focusing on the integration of the gender perspective in the development and impact of new technologies and on the design and management of computer tools and digital resources for the promotion of gender equality and digital inclusion.
