This project involves the expansion of Mataco III wind farm with additional capacity of 36MW, and the construction of Vivorata wind farm with planned capacity of 49.5MW, located in Buenos Aires province, Argentina. The total capacity for both plants is 85.5MW. The sponsor is "Petroquímica Comodoro Rivadavia" (PCR) and the SPV is called Luz de Tres Picos SA. The sponsor financed the construction with the issuance of 2 green bond tranches for a total $90 million. The issue comprises a $10 million, 3-year bond and a $80 million, 10-year bond, with both notes callable after 3 and a half years. BBVA, Grupo Financiero Galicia, Itau BBA,Santander, ICBC, Itau-Unibanco and Nacion Bursatil acted as bond arrangers on the transaction. Financial close was achieved on May 10, 2022.
