Description	MFD had a 60-year contract to build and operate a terminal in the Mauritius Freeport. The project was developed in four phases in a 10-year time frame. The first stage of construction coverd 10 hectares of the 30-hectare total area. This phase involved an investment of US$ 34.1 million, financed with equity (67%) and loans/credit lease (33%). The second and forthcoming phases started after the phase 1 reached an adequate level of activity. MFD was comprised by several shareholders, with none holding more than 12.5% of the shares.
