The nearly 740,520 square feet hub is designed to support the general contractor's self-perform capabilities and includes a 9.5-acre equipment yard, a 66,400-square-foot building with a 32,000-square-foot warehouse, a 10,000-square-foot equipment maintenance shop, and a two-story, 24,400-square-foot office space. The facility also supports workforce development and training. Completion is scheduled for 2026. |
