Mdgs Monitoring and Evaluation for Water

MDGS Monitoring And Evaluation For Water in North Africa (MEWINA) project is a direct response of North Africa to the AU Head of States and Governments commitments for accelerating the achievement of water and sanitation goals in Africa. This project aims to increase the N-AMCOW countries capacity in Water Sector Monitoring and Evaluation through the set up a Water Sector Monitoring and Evaluation. The total cost is estimated at € 2,317,000. The project consists of three main components: i) Assessment of existing M&E Systems in NAMCOW countries; ii) Standardizing and harmonizing National and N-AMCOW M&E systems and reporting; and iii) Preparing a North African M&E Action Plan and Program.
