The FC measure is part of the second phase of the national Palestinian municipal development program (MDP II). The FC measure, which is designed as an open program, is intended to support municipalities in acting transparently and providing adequate basic services for the population in the Palestinian territories. The multi-donor project includes the provision of partially performance-based grants to the 135 larger municipalities (municipalities) in the Palestinian territories (PG) for the rehabilitation and construction of new municipal infrastructure and for building the capacities of municipal administrations with regard to municipal budget management, service quality and transparency of municipal decisions.
