Coordinated efforts by the European Agenda for Adult Learning - National Coordinators for the implementation of the Agenda and EPALE through two national institutions, the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports and the Centre for Vocational education will give strong contribution in achieving policy objectives of the European Skills Agenda and the European Pillar of Social Rights Action Plan. Bearing in mind that lifelong learning has recognized as priority area on Policy Agenda in Montenegro, thus the focus in this project cycle will be validation of informal and non-formal learning and acquired skills and meeting with all new principals of European digital and environmental policies. Development of adults’ competences, better adult learning system in close cooperation with all relevant partners, provision of all relevant information on the one-site, better understanding and use of validation of informal and non-formal learning and new principals of European digital and environmental policies are seen as one of very important mechanism to develop adult career paths and social inclusion in Montenegro. These activities of national centre for the implementation of the European Agenda for Adult Learning - National Coordinators for the implementation of the Agenda will support the system level implementation, development and outreach of EU tools and services that are necessary and highly important for Montenegrin economic and social status. Through these very important European network aiming to create conditions for lifelong learning, we will create a better environment for career development of both young and adults.
