Description
Description | The mechanised parking lot on JM Road in Pune was launched around 12 years ago with a capacity to accommodate around 80 cars and built for approximately Rs 2.5 crore. It was closed after two years due to poor response, later used by a private car dealer, and then reopened for public use until the Covid-19 pandemic lockdown. The Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) decided to hand over the facility to Maha Metro to restart it and provide parking for Metro users on this busy route. Repairs and restructuring are needed to accommodate bigger cars before the handover can be completed. |
