Description | Construction of a new medical college and hostel complex at Indira Gandhi Hospital campus in Dwarka, Delhi. The project includes a full-fledged medical college, separate hostels for male and female students, faculty housing, and a modern academic block. The college will offer 250 MBBS seats annually, starting with 150 students. The first phase focuses on academic block, student hostels, and faculty residential quarters over 1.17 lakh sq m, including basement parking and essential services. The campus will be built with sustainable and energy-efficient design standards, including solar power, rainwater harvesting, water recycling, natural lighting, ventilation, earthquake-resistant structures, and accessibility features for persons with disabilities. Modern safety systems like CCTV and fire alarms will be incorporated. |
