Medical Device Manufacturing Facility Expansion

Micro Systems Engineering Inc. is considering expanding its medical device manufacturing facility on its five-acre site in Lake Oswego. The project scope includes demolition of a building, construction of a new production building with cleanroom space, and purchase and installation of automated folding, underfilling, integration and testing equipment. A construction schedule will be developed following corporate approvals, which are expected by the end of 2021. MSEI, an affliate of BIOTRONIK and subsidiary of Micro Systems Technology Group, manufactures pacemakers, defibrillators and other implantable medical devices.
