Mediclinic Tzaneen Hospital Expansion

under construction

Mediclinic Tzaneen is undergoing a major expansion and upgrade project to modernize the hospital, increase bed capacity, and improve specialized healthcare services over four to five years. The first phase includes constructing a new four-storey south wing with adult general wards, critical care units, specialist consulting suites, management suite, upgraded pharmacy, and modernized main entrance. Subsequent phases will upgrade the emergency center, expand the theatre complex, enlarge the obstetrics unit, and add capacity to the neonatal critical care unit. The expansion will add 60 new beds, two operating theatres, and 28 specialist consulting rooms, increasing total capacity to 191 beds and six theatres.
