Description | Local building and business owners in Medina's historic and South Town districts are undertaking façade improvement projects funded by a $150,000 grant from Ohio’s One-Time Strategic Community Investment Funds. The projects include wood repair, new signage, new entryways and doors, brick improvements, and other façade enhancements. Main Street Medina provides matching grants and low-interest loans to support these improvements, reimbursing up to $5,000 or 50% of the project cost. Work must be completed by June 2026. |
