Context: The context of the project is characterized by the presence of two factors, generally considered as major obstacles for development: insularity and marginality. It is about ties that are always stronger in the economic factors, characterized by the continuous improvements of technology and of the knowledge with which it is necessary to take into account to be able to stay competitive in the internal European market and in the global market. Innovation is an increasingly strong, for the territorial systems and businesses, and can take very different forms: dall'invenzione resulting from the research, the adjustment process and product, the introduction of new approaches organizational and marketing models to entry into new markets, etc.. Aims: The main objectives pursued by the project are: Stimulating the system borders on the importance of innovation and application of methods and techniques developed ad hoc; Create a service centre and a slight technological structure to disseminate technical IMT and provide support for their implementation; Creating a support network for cross-border cooperation by promoting joint pilot projects in the field of the IMT.
