Description | Revival Gold Inc. has exercised its option to acquire 100% of Barrick Mining Corporation's interest in the Mercur Gold Project located in Utah. The project area covers approximately 7,200 hectares, including 996 hectares of mineral interests from Barrick. Revival Gold has completed the required exploration expenditures and plans to pay Barrick US$5 million upon closing and additional payments on the first three anniversaries of commercial production. The project has a projected 10-year mine life with an average production of 95,600 ounces of gold per year and an after-tax NPV of $294 million at a 5% discount rate. Revival Gold completed a 13,000-meter drill program in 2025 to support a planned pre-feasibility study and initiate the state mine permitting process, expected to take about two years. |
