The facilities include one-year and three-year multicurrency RCFs and a one-year off-balance sheet instruments facility with extension options. The RCFs were initially launched at US$2.75 billion in April but were increased after oversubscription. The syndicate includes 31 lenders, with Crédit Agricole, FAB, ING, Mizuho, Natixis, Rabobank, SMBC, Société Générale, UBS, UniCredit, Bank of China, Emirates NBD, and ICBC as lead arrangers. |
