Meridian at Petaluma North Station

This project was originally titled "Meridian at Corona Station" in the documents linked below. The name was updated to reflect the official station title (Petaluma North) in September 2023. The application is for a streamlined affordable and supportive housing development pursuant to AB 2162. The new construction project includes 131 affordable housing units, including 33 supportive housing units, within multiple three and four story buildings on approximately 5.29 acres of the larger 6.5 acre parcel. The units will be targeted as rentals to families earning between 20% and 60% of AMI. On-site management offices, supportive housing support services, and resident community space/amenities will be located on the ground floor of one building. A small retail coffee shop will be located on the ground floor of one building. Tenant amenities also include community garden, dog run, playground, tot lot, and basketball court. The proposal includes 153 on-site vehicular parking spaces. Access to the site is from North McDowell. All entitlements for the previously approved Corona Station Residential project have been rescinded.

High
