Description | Middleton Township Trustees approved the rezoning of 32 acres bordering the Meta data center project to M-1 industrial zoning to allow construction parking. The zoning change is intended to accommodate the need for more parking space due to over 1,000 construction workers on site. The rezoned land will also serve as a buffer zone with trees after construction is complete. Additionally, a recommendation was made by the Wood County Planning Commission to rezone another 39 acres adjacent to the data center for construction parking. |
