Description | The Ministry of Water and Irrigation announced the launch of a $125 million investment from US and Indian partners to construct a metal pipe manufacturing facility. The plant will support the National Water Carrier Project and other infrastructure initiatives, producing around 500,000 tonnes of metal pipes per year for domestic use and export, including pipes for the Risha gas project. The project is expected to create approximately 450 jobs, mostly for Jordanian nationals trained through a skills development program. |
