Description | Metropolitan Village is a high-rise residential tower located in Taipei's Xinyi financial district, designed by OMA. The 95-meter-tall, 23-story building is conceived as a vertical village with interconnected volumes around a central service core, offering a variety of residential typologies from studios to family apartments. The project includes shared social spaces such as a business center, meeting rooms, library, bar, restaurants, gym, and communal rooftop terraces, fostering a balance between community life and work. The design also creates a pedestrian walkway linking the Xinyi district and the Wenchang neighborhood. |
