Description | The project envisages the construction and operation of a 10 MW solar plant in Meybod region, province of Yazd. This is the first phase of the planned 100 MW solar complex. Phase II will have a capacity of 90 MW. Pasargad Solar Projects Ltd in collaboration with Kronos Solar Projects GmbH launched the construction of the first phase in October 2017. The costs for Phase I is an estimated $12 million and is fully funded by the German partner. Project will benefit from a 20-year PPA with National grid.
