Description	The general objective of the MYHEALTHFRIEND project is to promote the well-being and health prevention of the cross-border territories of the Departments of Alpes-Maritimes (06) and Alpes-de-Haute-Provence (04) and the province of Cuneo with targeted and personalised innovation actions aimed at reducing the socio-health impact of chronic diseases in the general population and creating an ecosystem of “well-being”. We will address a crucial health issue, that of unequal access to health care in these geographically isolated territories, subject to a more pronounced phenomenon of medical desertification than in urban areas, and with increased local health needs due to the gradual ageing of the population and the increase in chronic diseases.
