The project was procured via competitive bidding. MWH Global, Inc established a project company, Puresino (Mianzhu) Water Affairs Co. Ltd., to operate the facility for 25 years before transferring it back to the local government. The total investment was RMB 66 million (US$ 8.67 million) and MWH Global, Inc owns 60% of the project. |
