Gilbane Co. has been hired to lead the preconstruction and site-enabling works, including clearing trees, hauling in fill, and other site-preparation work on nearly 700 acres. The work involves removing 32,500 tons of wood and brush, supplying about 9 million cubic yards of aggregate, excavating and leveling the site, installing fencing, signs, and security cameras, and building up to three concrete batch plants on site. Work is expected to begin in November 2025. |
