The expansion includes a closed-loop water system to reduce water usage and measures to minimize noise and light pollution. The first phase, a $1 billion data center, is already under construction. The second phase is subject to city council approval, with foundation work for the first three buildings planned to start in summer 2026 and the first building completion expected in spring 2029. |
