The first phase includes amenities such as a climbing wall designed for pre-Olympic competitions, a caving experience inside the tower, and a roller glide ride attached to the tower. An elevated walkway from the levee will provide access, with public seating areas connected. The second part will include a dog park and playground, expected to open in 2027. Construction was delayed due to flooding but is now back on track, with the first phase set to complete next spring. |
