Description | Midtown Woodinville is a $700 million mixed-use development project on the former Molbak's site in Woodinville. The project includes up to 1,300 residential units, a hotel, 89,000 square feet of commercial space, 1,758 parking stalls (with just over half underground), and nearly 4 acres of open space. It is expected to house up to 3,000 people and create 450 permanent jobs, with an estimated 800 construction jobs per year during development. The project also includes public plazas and a pocket park adjacent to Woodin Creek. The developer is Green Partners LLC, part of Bill Gates' Cascade Investment LLC. The City Council will discuss the proposal and consider allowing residential uses at street level. |
