Midway - Community Centre Expansion and Energy Efficiency Retrofit

The project will increase access to community and recreation by completing an expansion of the Midway Community Centre. The project will increase the footprint of the building increasing the ability to host weddings, theatre, and other community events. It will also be a location for emergency shelter, if necessary. The project works include: -expansion of the existing building by approximately 4000 square feet; -completion of a commercial grade kitchen; -all electrical, mechanical and plumbing works; -installation of an accessibility lift; and, -all related works
