The next two buildings along Centre Street are expected to total 179 units, following a 124-unit first phase along Heath Street that began in 2023 and is nearing completion. The entire project is planned to cover 673 units, expanding from the current 253 income-restricted apartments. The development is led by a consortium of three Boston nonprofits: Jamaica Plain Neighborhood Development Corp., The Community Builders, and Urban Edge. |
