The project consists of the upgrade and expansion of a nationwide mobile telecommunications network operated by a multinational mobile telecommunication network operator in one of its African operations. It also includes the launch of the African operation’s mobile broadband services, and the renewal of the operation’s existing mobile telecommunication license (the “Project”).The local operation has in over 7 years grown to be the largest mobile network operator in its local market. Its market share exceeds 50% of the local market, with geographic coverage around 80%. With expanding customer base and advent of new technology, the local operation is now seeking to upgrade its existing services to newer 3G/4G technology and expand its services to achieve 100% geographic coverage.
