The aim of the project is to improve capacity and quality of work coaches and sport club staff through 100% digital agenda, that gives the chance also to ones working in distanced and rural areas. Our results and outcomes will be: better understanding of concept on mindfulness for the target group equipping it to deal better with challenges of post pandemic world transfer of best practices in online learning, including training, virtual exchanges developing and online collection of tools and methods used to educate about and in mindfulness with possibility for other organizations to contribute with their contents as well creating an online open learning asynchronous source for target group about the mindfulness in online youth work creating an online community that use mindfulness in their daily work in order to commute and exchange best practices on regular basis through facilitated sessions (synchronous work) by usage of multilingual approach, to stress the European language diversity as a part of European identity Increased quality and innovative youth work approaches During the project, the competences of organizations and members of target group in digital readiness and resilience will be strengthen through series of activities: online survey, two on line conferences, online training platform and synchronous activities equipping them with work in online environment. We offer through the project the innovative approaches and improved quality of work with higher variety of participants breaking the barrier of space.
