The mine is developed by Camalco Cameroon, a subsidiary of Canyon Resources, with an initial fleet of seven locomotives and 160 wagons to provide a transport capacity of 35,000 tonnes per month. A second stage is planned subject to additional funding, involving rail infrastructure upgrades and delivery of more locomotives and wagons to increase capacity to 105,000 tonnes per month. |
