The project includes procurement and delivery of 22 diesel locomotives from CRRC Corporation, 1,600 freight wagons from Texmaco Rail and Engineering, and extensive rail infrastructure upgrades including mine-to-network rail connection, national rail network rehabilitation, and port facility upgrades. The project targets a full production capacity of 10 million tonnes per annum with first commercial shipment targeted for late Q3 2026. |
