Additionally, the scheme includes 40,000 square meters of fresh commercial space, featuring new offices, retail establishments, dining options, and a 102-bed hotel. Noteworthy additions involve the creation of high-quality public areas, including the innovative 'Hexagon Square,' designed as an expansive, functional, and visually appealing civic space. This square serves as a welcoming entrance to Reading's renowned Hexagon Theatre and the new Studio Theatre.
