Mira Mar Residences Restoration and Twin Towers Construction

under construction

The Mira Mar Residences project involves the restoration of a century-old historic building in Sarasota, Florida, along with the construction of two new 18-story residential towers on the rear of the 1.2-acre site. The project includes a $29 million historic rehabilitation funded through revenues from 70 luxury condominium sales. The restoration preserves the historic structure while the new towers offer luxury residences with bay views. The project also includes retail, restaurant, and office space at street level with wide sidewalks and outdoor dining areas.
