Mirage-Mariposa Tungsten Mine Acquisition

planned

Vault Strategic Mining has entered into a definitive mineral property purchase agreement to acquire the historical Mirage-Mariposa Tungsten Mine located within the Gray Eagle Project in the US. The project comprises 33 contiguous unpatented lode claims totaling 681.8 acres near Bishop, California, hosting multiple mineralised prospects along a granite-limestone contact associated with tungsten skarn mineralisation and hydrothermal precious metal vein systems. The deal includes staged payments and a net smelter return royalty to the vendors, with transaction completion subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
