Description | Mitchell Hall is a 285,500-square-foot academic facility at Virginia Tech designed to support a broad range of engineering programs including aerospace, ocean, chemical, mechanical engineering, computer science, and engineering education. The five-story building will expand the College of Engineering's footprint with classrooms, instructional labs, advanced research space, and includes one of the nation's largest university-owned wind tunnels. The project also improves campus accessibility with an additional pedestrian route meeting ADA standards. |
