Description | The project involves design, construction, financing, operating and transfer of a mixed-use commercial development and office complex, which will contain sufficient office space for the Public Procurement Agency and Internal Audit Agency of the Ghanaian government. The site under consideration covers an area of approximately 3.0 acres, and is located within the high value commercial precinct of Kotoka International Airport fronting the culturally and ceremonially significant Liberation Road, Accra. The office complex will constructed on the 1.2 acre area of the land with the remaining 1.8 acres to be used for any commercial development which will yield the necessary return to make the project viable. |
