This project includes the development of mixed-use commercial property at Parcel H in the South Boston Waterfront, Massachusetts. Parcel H is located immediately east of the 601 Congress Street office building (formerly the John Hancock Building) and immediately north of Silver Line Way.  The area of a parcel is 46,500 square feet (1.1 acres) with potential expansion of an additional 62,000 square feet (1.4 acres) by overbuilding the Silver Line up to the I-90 boat section.  Potential uses include office, hotel, life science/lab, and residential, or mixed development.
