Mixed-use cultural hub development project in downtown Wilmington

project signed

This project involves the redevelopment of a three-acre Hanover county-owned block in downtown Wilmington, North Carolina, USA.The "Project Grace" will replace the existing downtown Public Library, a parking deck, and several underutilized surface parking lots with a purpose-built library adjacent to a modern Cape Fear Museum. The scope of work also involves constructing private commercial places on the south side of the block. The project aims to transform the facilities to meet the specific and unique needs of both the library and museum. The new development will act as a cultural resource anchor in downtown Wilmington.
