The project involves the development of mixed-use spaces at four sites located across the city of Batavia, Illinois, USA. The scope of work includes the construction of mixed-use buildings with commercial spaces on the first floor and up to three-story residential spaces on the following four sites:2.2-acre site located on the corner of Wilson and Washington streets;1.6-acre site located west side of North River Street between State and Franklin streets;0.68-acre site located on the east side of North River Street known as the former Larson-Becker east property;0.64-acre site located at the southeast corner of Washington (Route 25) and Wilson streets known as the Boardwalk Shops/Art Stop site.
