Our past and our future in Europe: tradition and diversity. The aim of the project is that the participant small localities should think about those activities that are absolutely necessary for a stable vision considering the direction Europe heads in. In order to these localities have a vision, the local values need to be identified and harnessed. Measures should be taken in order to keep the youth at home because these localities are characterized by a high migration rate, mostly among the youth. We should create some conditions and benefits that could keep them home in order to build their future here. We should do everything so that these localities can be an integrant part of Europe profiting from the possibilities offered by the EU and not to be isolated. For this we need to know the policies and the direction Europe heads in, this way the decision makers can make the right decisions and the youth could participate in the creation of a stable and secure vision. The common reflection on future and the exchange of experiences and ideas help our partners create a better vision and find those values that help them develope and contribute to the strengthening of economic cohesion. Getting to know each other’s culture and experiencing the cultural diversity help us understand each other better and this leads to a stronger social cohesion and connection.
