MOBILITAS 7 is the follow-up of previous EYE initiatives (cycle 2 to 7). The action wants to build on these projects by adding a new IO from a new country (France) to the already existing consortium, to increase the number of entrepreneurs involved and relationship created, expanding the geographical area covered by the project. The project counts on the community of entrepreneurs activated during previous cycles of the program, actually numbered in 836 entrepreneurs. The initiative wants to create a European environment for entrepreneurship and free initiative, through the networking of young entrepreneurs, with fresh business ideas and innovative tools, with experienced entrepreneurs, owning knowledge and managerial capacities. Supporting the development of an SMEs friendly environment with the contribution of public and private institutions working in the field, developing a knowledge based community that will provide effective means to overcome global crisis and promote entrepreneurship. The project consists in building a number of successful business relationships, involving New Entrepreneurs (80) and Experienced Entrepreneurs (80). It will allow the firsts to have a period of training-on-the-job in the country and the company of the hosts, while the seconds will benefit by meeting fresh and new ideas and approaches to their business sector together with potential channels for new European markets. To involve the highest number of participants the consortium will activate promotional actions (involving all actors of the national entrepreneurship community), will be responsible with informing interested entrepreneurs, selecting candidatures, “help-desk” for applicants and evaluation of the quality of candidatures, matching and support during and after the exchange. The partnership will be also responsible for the communication with the Support Office and EASME on managerial task and reporting.
