Description | The increasing life expectancy of the population, social development and population belong to the great existential challenges of the present time. These social changes have consequences, both groups of individuals of all ages, as well as on institutions and social services. These changes have risks but also opportunities to development. In this context it is important to tackle the challenges of preventive and active future. This project is focused on developing innovative models of care following risk groups: adults with mental problems as well as their children and the elderly. The Community Comprensoriale Vinschgau would in collaboration with municipalities, partners and local authorities and the provincial offices, along with Swiss partner Interreg in the Engadine develop and implement a project with INTERREG entitled 'Bridges to the Future - innovative models of support and assistance'. |
