Modernization of the administrative spaces on the 3rd floor - avenue Decelles

The project consists of modernizing and consolidating the premises of the human resources department of the Centre hospitalier universitaire Saint-Justine, on the 3rd floor of a pavilion located at 5757 avenue Decelles. The new spaces will be set up as an open area in order to facilitate exchanges, optimize the use of space and ensure flexibility in the layout, while taking into account the new post-pandemic realities (teleworking, distancing, etc.). They will also include interview rooms, collaboration rooms, an employee room and a training room. New high-performance electromechanical systems, which will serve these premises, will meet the standards and energy saving measures in force. The project will support pandemic response and economic recovery, notably by maintaining and upgrading health infrastructure.
