The proposed project's objective is to increase the number of job seekers being provided with employment services through the digitization of the ANETI and new implementation modalities being piloted. To that end, the project will support the development of an information system that includes an user-friendly portal accessible to all job seekers, a portal for employers and a portal for ANETI job counsellors and private intermediation stakeholders. In addition, the project will pilot the development and operationalization of a Training for Jobs Account (Compte Emploi Formation, CEF). The Training for Jobs Account will consist of a grant used by the job seeker to cover the cost of an employment-related service provided by one of the vetted external providers. The project will also pilot specific activities to support vulnerable job seekers.
